FM Electrical has been licensed since 1981 with the commitment established for a high quality service organization, providing customer satisfaction. Through honesty and fairness, we build strong, mutually‐trusting relationships with customers, vendors and employees. We work hard to ensure that safety is a continuing priority for our customers, field crews and supporting personnel. Through planning and management, we make decisions that sustain the financial strength and profitability necessary to be an industry leader.

Our Training 

FM Electrical is affiliated with the Associated Builders and Contractors and utilizes their state approved apprenticeship training, as well as career advancement seminars, and leadership training. This program also provides us the opportunity to hire both fully trained certified electricians and apprentices in-training.

We have recently implemented a program for the state electrician certification requirements utilizing both in-house and outside instruction, training and work experience certification.

Our management team has many years of combined experience in the construction industry. The following are backgrounds on our key team members.

DAN STANBERY

Dan Stanbery brings more than 31 years’ experience in construction and electrical contracting fields. He is a California native, graduate of the University of San Francisco, has 27 years of management, planning, construction, facilities maintenance, and technical experience. Dan has managed multiple accounts from operations, administrative teams, project managers, superintendents’, and technical staff for Cisco Systems, CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Trammel Crow Co., EMCOR Corporation, and the Fluor Corporation. He maintains strong close relationships with customers, vendors and employees to maintain a healthy business work environment, along with the synergy needed for stability, growth, and success for FM Electrical.
